We provide durable medical equipment (DME), specifically orthopedic braces and supports. All products are intended to be used as directed by a licensed healthcare provider. Uplift Medical Supply does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before using any medical equipment.
We currently operate on a private pay basis. Payment is due in full at the time of sale. We accept PPO insurance as a form of payment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the point of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a transaction at our discretion.
We accept PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) insurance. Patients are responsible for understanding their own coverage, co-pays, and deductibles. We are not responsible for claims denied by your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to verify coverage eligibility before purchasing.
Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, available at upliftmedicalsupply.com/refund. Opened or used medical equipment is non-returnable due to health and hygiene regulations. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift Medical Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
